MPs are ranked by their total number of active votes — times they voted YES, NO, or ABSTAINED (excluding void votes).
This differs from the Attendance page, which ranks by rate. An MP with high attendance but fewer total votes (e.g., joined mid-term) will rank lower here than a long-serving MP who participates consistently.
The breakdown also shows how each MP splits their active votes between YES, NO, and ABSTAIN.
